Rob leads research and execution for alternatives at Riverstone. Rob is an avid musician and enjoys golf and skiing.
About
Rob joined Riverstone in 2025 to lead the alternative investment platform. He brings more than 16 years of investment experience, most recently as Portfolio Manager of Real Assets for Georgia Tech Foundation’s ~$3B endowment. In this role, he led the sourcing and evaluation of private investments across real estate, energy, and infrastructure. His portfolio delivered outstanding performance during his tenure and his macro research helped to shape investment strategy.
Rob spent the first 8 years of his career at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in New York and Atlanta, where he managed portfolios for high-net-worth families. Rob earned a engineering degree from Bucknell University, where his interest in complex systems evolved into a passion for global markets. Rob is driven by curiosity and a desire to help clients navigate the investment world.
Outside of work, Rob redirects his analytical energy into music production. Rob and his wife attend AtlantaWestside Presbyterian Church.

Rob supports the Champions Community Foundation, which exists to provide community and independence for young adults with physical disabilities, so that they can reach their full potential. Rob serves as an advisor to the board on investment matters.
